More details to come!

I’m delighted to perform “Reaching for the Moon” at Junction City’s C.L. Hoover Opera House, Wayne Goins, Director of Jazz Studies at Kansas State University.

The dilapidated movie theater of my childhood was renovated most recently beginning in 2007; the house, built in 1882 upon a foundation of the state's native limestone, suffered financial setbacks, fires and the vagaries of fashion, but this cultural treasure is beautifully renovated and resides safely on  the Kansas State Historic Register. The Opera House is a vibrant and productive home to Junction City and Geary County’s arts organization, agencies and artists -- a multi-use facility with a state of the art sound system designed for performingand visual arts presentation, business and professional events, educational and cultural opportunities and civic activities.
